Aly Olson is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. She first joined the firm in 2015 and rejoined the firm in 2020 after serving for one year as a law clerk to the Honorable Dale S. Fischer, a United States District Judge for the Central District of California. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation relating to securities, antitrust, employment, fraud, probate, and contract disputes. She has also represented companies and individuals in investigations by the SEC and DOJ related to alleged violations of the securities laws. While attending Harvard Law School, Aly represented indigent clients under the general supervision of a family law attorney at separation, divorce, and restraining order hearings in Massachusetts Probate & Family Court. Since 2019, Aly has been named a Southern California “Rising Star” by the Super Lawyer Magazine, an honor afforded to fewer than 2.5% of the best attorneys under 40 years old practicing in Southern California.
