Sara Pollock is a partner in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. Her practices focuses on high stakes, complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property litigation, and other business litigation. Sara has significant experience on “both sides of the V,” and she has extensive trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has been recognized multiple times as a “Northern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, Next Generation Leader in Tech Law by The Recorder, and The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in Intellectual Property Litigation and Labor, and Employment Litigation.
Before joining the firm, Sara represented clients in a wide array of civil, criminal, and appellate matters and clerked for the California Supreme Court.

- Obtained dismissal of plaintiff’s claims and won a clean sweep after trial of all counterclaims on behalf of a billionaire high technology client, which included a multi-million dollar judgment and permanent injunction against plaintiff for extortion, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, invasion of privacy, and civil harassment.
