Daniel Rossman is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Miami office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as an intern in the Criminal Divisions of the United States Attorney’s Offices for the Southern District of Florida and the Eastern District of New York. While interning, he researched and drafted legal memoranda on a variety of criminal law topics and assisted a trial team in case preparation.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering before attending law school.
