Patricija Rukstelyte is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She joined the firm in 2024.
Her practice focuses on international commercial and investor-state arbitration. She has particular experience representing clients in the banking and financial services sector, having acted for and against major financial institutions in complex, high-value disputes. She has also represented sovereign states and private entities across the energy, construction and telecommunications sectors.
She has experience in arbitrations conducted under a range of procedural rules, including ICC, UNCITRAL, and VIAC, as well as in multi-party disputes.
Drawing on an interdisciplinary background in both civil and common law, Patricija is well-equipped to handle complex disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience at top-tier law firms in Lithuania and France.
