Meredith M. Shaw is a trial lawyer with extensive experience litigating a broad variety of complex commercial disputes in a host of state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals. In recent years, Ms. Shaw’s practice has included representations in contract, fraud, antitrust, False Claims Act, products liability, trade libel, defamation, false advertising, unfair competition, and other business tort actions for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals. Ms. Shaw joined the firm’s New York office in 2010, and the firm’s San Francisco office in 2011; she returned to the firm’s New York office in 2018. She maintains an active practice in both California and New York.
