Meredith M. Shaw is a trial lawyer with extensive experience litigating a broad variety of complex commercial disputes in a host of state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals. In recent years, Ms. Shaw's practice has focused on products liability, false advertising, unfair competition, contract breach of fiduciary duty and other business tort actions for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to individuals. Ms. Shaw joined the firm's New York office in 2010, and the firm's San Francisco office in 2011. She maintains an active practice in both California and New York. Before joining the firm, Ms. Shaw was a litigator with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
