Danielle Shrader-Frechette is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. As a general litigator, Danielle has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters, helping clients obtain dozens of victories and favorable settlements in forums across the country. Danielle’s diverse practice includes founder disputes; fraud and intellectual property litigation; corporate investigations; and a variety of other high-stakes engagements.
Danielle has particular expertise regarding the energy industry, green technology, and environmental regulation, especially in the context of corporate governance and securities litigation.
She recently first-chaired the successful defense of a client accused of making false and misleading statements in connection with certain emerging technologies. Her client was exonerated in full following a week-and-a-half long jury trial.
