Sydney Snower is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office. Prior to joining the firm, Sydney was an associate at a law firm in Washington D.C. where she assisted clients, including financial and educational institutions, respond to government subpoenas and requests in investigations related to alleged securities fraud, insider trading, anticompetitive behavior, money laundering, and violations of the Bank Secrecy Act.
Sydney’s prior experience also includes work in the government contracts arena, including conducting internal investigations into alleged violations of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement and performing due diligence of federal and state government contracts.
While in law school, Sydney served as an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia in the Sex Offense & Domestic Violence and Major Crimes sections. She also served as a student attorney at The Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinic of the George Washington University Law School.
