Jason Sternberg is a trial lawyer who handles high-stakes disputes for global clients. Clients describe him in Chambers USA as a “wonderful,” “go-to” lawyer “who really breaks things down into layman terms” and helps clients “understand the details and intricacies of a lawsuit.”

Jason helps clients resolve domestic and international business disputes through litigation and arbitration. He represents a broad sector of clients in contract, securities, corporate governance, and business tort cases.  Jason’s clients turn to him for complex cases with high stakes that are not easily resolvable.  Jason is frequently in court and has first-chaired several trials in recent years.  Jason also has significant experience with appellate work, having led several successful appeals to various state and federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Jason was recently recognized by the Daily Business Review’s Florida Legal Awards in the “On The Rise” category for lawyers under 40 years of age.  He serves as a Director on the Board of the South Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and serves as a Director on the Board of the Overtown Youth Center.  Jason strongly believes in giving back to the community through pro bono, having handled environmental, immigration, and litigation matters for underserved populations. He has won awards and recognition for his service on behalf of pro bono clients.

Jason previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel T.K. Hurley, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
