Charles Straut is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in trial and appellate courts across the country. He has experience with a wide variety of subject matter, including pharmaceuticals, intellectual property, structured finance, and art. He is currently representing a client in a major multi-district litigation. He has an active pro bono practice and recently won asylum for a family of four.
Charles graduated cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where he edited the New York University Law Review. He clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Stuart Rabner of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Judge Victor Marrero of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
