Matthew Tse is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2019. His practice focuses on finance-related litigation, JV / M&A disputes, funds litigation, tax litigation, financial regulation, and investigations, including fraud. He also has experience advising on media and information law, including reputation management and defamation as well as responding to multi-jurisdictional data breaches.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew practised at a leading Canadian law firm, and completed graduate studies in law and finance at the University of Oxford, where he graduated with the best overall performance in the class.
Matthew has completed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
