Jason Williams

Jason C. Williams is an Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has represented clients in patent-based Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission and has served as trial counsel on dozens of patent infringement actions in U.S. district courts. Mr. Williams has also assisted companies in protecting their copyright, trademark, and trade secret rights. His involvement in litigation matters covers all aspects of a case from the initial investigation and pre-suit diligence to the filing of pleadings, the conduct of fact and expert discovery, depositions, Markman hearings, motion practice, and trial. Mr. Williams has litigated matters involving diverse technologies, including microprocessors, integrated circuits, anti-piracy software, instant messaging, optical disc drives, LTE telecommunications, Bluetooth technology, 3D printing, lithium-Ion batteries, and LED lighting systems.
