Eric Wolkoff is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office.  His practice focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation, including civil and criminal cases.  He has represented many public and private companies in the financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries in a wide range of individual, class action, and derivative cases including those involving unfair competition, corporate raids, trade secret litigation, fraud, breach of contract, partnership disputes, commercial real estate disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and claims related to alleged accounting improprieties.  In addition, Mr. Wolkoff has represented individuals and companies in white-collar matters, including SEC, FINRA and other regulatory enforcement matters. 

Mr. Wolkoff has experience in all phases of litigation.  He has appeared at trial, examined and cross-examined witnesses, taken and defended depositions, prepared witnesses for depositions and trial, managed complex electronic discovery efforts, has drafted successful dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and has successfully mediated and negotiated positive results for clients.  He also previously served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts where he tried numerous criminal cases before judges and juries. 

Mr. Wolkoff is also dedicated to pro bono work and has represented non-profit and individual clients at the trial, appellate and state administrative levels. 

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Anti-Defamation League of New England and was previously co-chair of the organization’s Civil Rights Committee.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the John Winthrop School for Young Children.
