Announcement: Daily Journal Names John B. Quinn and R. Brian Timmons 2023 “Leading Commercial Litigators”

Quinn Emanuel congratulates Chairman John B. Quinn and Global Head of Complex Litigation R. Brian Timmons for being named in the Daily Journal's 2023 “Leading Commercial Litigators” list.  
 
The publication cited Quinn for recently obtaining a multi-million arbitration award for companies owned by doctor and investor Patrick Soon-Shiong in a pair of disputes with San Diego’s Sorrento pharmaceuticals. 
 
In his feature, Timmons recounted his work in Delaware Chancery’s court where he represents BitGo Inc, after Galaxy Digital canceled their acquisition deal with them in 2021 and refused to pay the agreed-upon $100 million termination fee. 
 
These lawyers were chosen based on their work on recent significant cases that had an impact on the larger world of commercial litigation or the development of law.
