Michael Carlinsky will be speaking about securities law and regulation trends in the U.S. Mario Gazzola will be moderating a panel about judicial review of decisions of the CVM (the Brazilian SEC) and speaking on a panel about production of evidence and discovery, and the tools and limits in arbitration and litigation. Fritz Scanlon will be speaking on a panel about criminal liability in the capital markets: challenges and trends.
