Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C.-based Of Counsel Dawn Yamane Hewett will be featured as a panelist at the 13th Annual Juris Conference on Investment Treaty Arbitration on April 8, 2019 at the Washington Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C.
