Quinn Emanuel Partner Kathleen Sullivan to Speak at PLI’s “Communications Law in the Digital Age 2013: Developments in First Amendment Jurisprudence”

Kathleen Sullivan, Chair of the firm's National Appellate Practice, will speak at PLI's “Communications Law in the Digital Age 2013: Developments in First Amendment Jurisprudence” alongside a panel of fellow leading practitioners. The program will focus on the digital media environment and how it continues to create new challenges for communications lawyers, highlighting the biggest issues facing the industry today. Covering a wide range of topics including media, communications, First Amendment, intellectual property and privacy, the program is designed for all attorneys, in-house counsel, and professionals who practice in these fields. The program will take place in New York City on November 14. CLE credit will be awarded.
