Michael Carlinsky named “General Commercial Litigator of the Year" by Benchmark Litigation

Quinn Emanuel partner Michael Carlinsky was recently recognized by Benchmark Litigation as "General Commercial Litigator of the Year" for 2022.  The award is chosen based on the results of extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms. Mr. Carlinsky joined Quinn Emanuel partners William Burck, William Price, and Richard Werder on the Top 100 Trial Lawyers List this year, and was subsequently recognized as the “General Commercial Litigator of the Year” at the Benchmark Litigation Awards in New York on March 24, 2022.  In addition to Mr. Carlinsky’s award, the firm was nominated as “Trial Firm of the Year”, and partner Susheel Kirpalani was nominated as “Bankruptcy Litigator of the Year”.
