The two-day Forum, organized by Georgetown International Arbitration Society, the Georgetown University Mexican Law Association, and the Georgetown Brazilian Law Association, will bring together leading practitioners, diplomats, scholars and arbitrators to discuss key legal and investment developments shaping Latin America markets and reinforcing the rule of law.
Lucas’s panel on the topic of “Arbitration in Latin America: Evolving Frameworks and Latest Trends” will be taking place from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm on November 21, 2025, and will cover:
