New York Partner Manisha Sheth has been honored with the Law Firm Thought Leadership Award at the Women, Influence, and Power in Law 2025 awards.

This recognition celebrates Manisha's unwavering commitment to driving meaningful change across the legal industry. Her strategic vision, dedication to mentorship, and ability to elevate those around her exemplify true leadership.

Manisha's career demonstrates how vision translates into transformative action. Joining Quinn Emanuel in 2008 at the start of the financial crisis, she became one of the nation's leading RMBS litigators, securing billions in recoveries including approximately $23 billion for the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and the landmark $1.84 billion Ambac settlement. In 2019, she made history by spearheading Quinn Emanuel's Sexual Harassment and Employment Discrimination practice—the first AmLaw 100 firm to launch a plaintiff-side practice in this space. She later launched the firm’s State Attorneys General practice group, anticipating enforcement trends and priorities among various State Attorneys General.

Her leadership philosophy centers on empowerment and developing high-performing teams—an approach she honed as Executive Deputy Attorney General for the Economic Justice Division at the Office of the New York Attorney General, where she led over 250 attorneys and staff and shaped enforcement priorities in areas of antitrust, securities, consumer frauds, data security and privacy, government fraud, and real estate finance.

Congratulations, Manisha, on this well-deserved recognition!
