Quinn Emanuel partner Robert Schwartz recently sat down with Bloomberg Law to discuss actress Scarlett Johansson’s lawsuit against Walt Disney Studios. The suit alleges that Marvel’s parent, The Walt Disney Co., tortiously interfered with Johansson’s contract with Marvel by releasing the film ‘Black Widow’ on the Disney+ streaming service at the same time it released it in theaters, adversely affecting her right to compensation based on box office receipts.
