Quinn Emanuel Appellate Team Named 'Litigators of the Week' by The American Lawyer

Quinn Emanuel partners Kathleen Sullivan, William Adams, and Rollo Baker have been named ‘Litigators of the Week’ by The American Lawyer for their victory on behalf of Mirae Asset in the Delaware Supreme Court. In November 2020, our firm obtained a victory for Mirae in the Delaware Court of Chancery in a $5.8 billion busted deal case. The Delaware Supreme Court upheld that ruling in an en banc opinion that creates textbook law on ordinary course covenants.
