Quinn Emanuel associate Riina Luha appointed as one of the new Members of the Court at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague

Congratulations to London associate Riina Luha for her appointment as one of the new Members of the Court at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague by the Government of the Republic of Estonia.

In 2003, Estonia joined the Convention on the Peaceful Settlement of International Disputes, which created basic foundations for settling international disputes through conciliation and arbitration. Each State Party to the Convention nominates up to four persons willing to undertake the duties of arbitrators as members of the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Other Estonian members selected alongside Riina include Lauri Mälksoo, René Värk, and Andres Suik.
