Quinn Emanuel co-hosts conference on overseas legal challenges for Chinese companies

Quinn Emanuel co-hosted a conference on how Chinese companies can effectively address their overseas legal challenges together with Chinese law firm, DaHui, and LAWPLUS. 

Quinn Emanuel partners Sam Williamson, Haiyan Tang, Mark Tung, Xiao Liu, and associate Yixuan Zhu participated in the event as speakers.  Together with Daihui partners, they addressed issues including cross-border intellectual property litigation, US government investigations, and international arbitration, in front of an audience of fifty in-house counsels from various Chinese companies, as well as a larger virtual audience.  

Quinn Emanuel has extensive experience in handling cross-border disputes of all types and is particularly experienced in representing clients from both sides of the v in disputes involving Asian companies.
