Quinn Emanuel continues to represent Ukraine in Inter-State proceedings against Russia before the European Court of Human Rights, collaborating with Counsel from Blackstone Chambers and Twenty Essex, as well as a team from King & Spalding and Ukrainian counsel from Asters LLP. On October 2, 2023, together, they achieved a significant milestone on the 586th day of Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine – submitting a memorial on admissibility and merits in the proceedings, which included over one thousand exhibits comprising of evidence, expert reports and witness statements of victims of the conflict.
