Quinn Emanuel Named a “Pro Bono Champion” by the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance for Supreme Court Amicus Brief

Quinn Emanuel is proud to be named one of the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance’s Pro Bono Champions, a designation reserved for firms that have provided pro bono legal assistance and diversity & inclusion partnerships supporting the LGBTQ Asian and South Asian community over the past year. QE’s Kathleen Sullivan, Todd Anten, Ellyde Thompson, and Jomaire Crawford filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and 28 other amici curiae in Fulton v. City of Philadelphia, a case that the Supreme Court will hear next month regarding the ability of LGBTQ people to adopt and foster children.
