Quinn Emanuel Partner David Orta to speak at the European Arbitration Association’s Open de Arbitraje

Quinn Emanuel Partner David Orta, Chair of the U.S. International Arbitration Practice and of the Latin America International Arbitration Practice, will be speaking at the Sixth Edition of the European Arbitration Association’s Open de Arbitraje, which will take place October 7 and 8, 2020. 

Once again, the best arbitration specialists will meet to discuss all of the new developments in the field.  Mr. Orta, along with Emma Morales, Counsel in Allen & Overy’s Madrid office, will be discussing “The recent ruling of the Constitutional Court of Spain on the judicial review of awards: the annulment of awards in the U.S. jurisdiction” on Wednesday, October 7 at 7.15 pm CEST.
