Quinn Emanuel Partner Manisha Sheth Will Be Speaking at the Cambridge Forum

Quinn Emanuel Partner Manisha Sheth will be participating in the Cambridge Forum on Litigation and Enforcement Risks Facing the Tech Sector on Monday, April 20 in California. Manisha will be a panelist on The Rising Role of State Attorneys General in White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement session at 3:20 PM PT.

Manisha Sheth is Co-Chair of the firm’s Government and Regulatory Litigation Practice and its State Attorney General Practice. She has extensive experience in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, and has served as lead trial counsel on over a dozen civil and criminal trials in federal and state court, including jury and bench trials. Manisha served as the Executive Deputy Attorney General for the Economic Justice Division at the Office of the New York Attorney General from 2016 to 2019, overseeing all antitrust, securities, consumer protection, data security and privacy, government fraud, and real estate fraud investigations and enforcement proceedings in the State of New York.
