Quinn Emanuel partners Alex Spiro, Andrew Rossman, and William Price have been named ‘Litigators of the Week’ by The American Lawyer after securing a defense verdict in a multi-billion Securities trial in San Francisco last week, finding client Elon Musk and Tesla not liable for investor losses, following Musk’s 2018 tweet that he had “funding secured” to take Tesla private, with the jury reaching their decisions after just three hours of deliberation.
