Richard East once again been recognised by Financial News in their annual 'Fifty Most Influential Lawyers' list

Quinn Emanuel’s senior partner; Richard East, has once again been recognised by Financial News in their annual 'Fifty Most Influential Lawyers' list, which recognises the leading legal minds working in Europe. 

The recognition, in particular, calls to attention QE's retention of Credit Suisse Additional Tier 1 bondholders to represent them in the high-profile litigation against the Swiss government, in which Richard is one of the lead lawyers, and his continued representation of the administrators of collapsed healthcare firm NMC Health, Alvarez & Marsal, in their £2bn lawsuit against Big Four accountancy firm EY, which audited the business before its collapse in 2020 after allegations of fraud. Richard's inclusion cements his representation as one of the leading litigation lawyers in Europe.
