Senior Associate - Hafsa Zayyan, will speak at an event organized by the IBA on the 50:50 by 2030 Report, focusing on gender representation in the legal profession

Hafsa Zayyan, Senior Associate at Quinn Emanuel London, will speak at an in-person event organized by the International Bar Association's Legal Policy & Research Unit and LexisNexis Rule of Law Foundation, hosted by Travers Smith. The event will discuss the 50:50 by 2030 Report, focusing on gender representation in the legal profession.

Launched in 2021, the IBA’s 50:50 by 2030 Project aims for gender parity at senior levels. The event will feature a presentation of findings from the project, including insights from 12 jurisdictions and plans for the next phase starting in 2025.

After opening remarks from the IBA President and Richard Atkinson, President of the Law Society of England & Wales, the event will include two panels: the first with senior leaders sharing insights and the second featuring Hafsa discussing emerging female leaders' perspectives.
