Katie leads on some of the firm’s most significant cases, including the Glencore securities action (the largest securities claim in English legal history) and the landmark NMC Healthcare administration and restructuring.

She is part of the team driving the rapid expansion of QE’s securities litigation practice in London. Katie’s career to date has also seen her work on many of the most complex $1bn+ frauds to be litigated before the English courts over the last 10 years, usually in coordination with one or more parallel criminal investigations in the US and other jurisdictions.

Her expertise in cross-jurisdictional matters, particularly in the Middle East where she previously worked, has been instrumental in securing groundbreaking legal developments in aid of our clients, including the first creditor-led administration of a FTSE 100 company, the first administration order ever to be made by a court in Abu Dhabi, and the establishment of our ADGM office in Abu Dhabi.
