Trial-Tested SEC Lawyer Sarah Heaton Concannon Joins Washington, D.C. and New York Offices

Sarah Heaton Concannon has joined the firm as a partner based in the Washington, D.C. and New York offices. Sarah joins the firm from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission where she served as Senior Trial Counsel. She appeared on behalf of the agency in federal court and administrative proceedings nationwide, serving as lead trial counsel in enforcement actions and investigations targeting everything from issuer, investment adviser, and broker-dealer fraud, to auditor and gatekeeper improper professional conduct, to cryptocurrency offerings, to violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Sarah also has a robust securities and commercial litigation and government enforcement practice and has litigated civil and criminal cases in a diverse range of sectors, including banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals, and energy. *Not admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.
