Todd Beattie is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He represents clients in complex business litigation across a range of practice areas, including insurance, M&A, corporate governance, RICO, and appeals. Todd has extensive experience in all aspects of pretrial litigation, including briefing, managing discovery, and taking and defending depositions. He has delivered oral argument at both the trial court and appellate level, including arguing dispositive motions before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, and New York Supreme Court, New York County. A member of numerous trial teams, Todd engages in all aspects of trial preparation and has conducted direct and cross examinations of witnesses at trial.
Todd graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Todd pursued graduate studies in Philosophy at Princeton University, where he earned an M.A. Todd received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Princeton University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
