Evan Hess is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2014 and returned in 2017 after a clerkship for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and he has experience with litigation involving insurance disputes and structured financial products. While at Fordham, Evan served as Managing Editor of the Fordham Law Review, for which he received the Walter B. Kennedy Award for extraordinary service. He also received the Dean John D. Feerick Award given to the student whose Note best exemplifies the Fordham Law Review’s commitment to legal scholarship. Evan also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot. Prior to attending law school, Evan worked as an advocate for disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration.
