Dylan I. Scher is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office whose practice focuses on intellectual property disputes and complex commercial litigation. He joined the firm in 2018. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of industries, including media and technology, fashion, sports, finance, non-profits, and consumer products.
Dylan was named a media and entertainment law “Rising Star” by Law360—a distinction awarded annually to five attorneys nationwide under the age of 40. He has also been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
Dylan currently serves on the Emerging Issues Committee of the International Trademark Association and the Copyright & Literary Property Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He has also testified before the Copyright Office.
