Aliki Sofis is Co-Managing Partner of Quinn Emanuel’s Boston Office. Aliki is a seasoned litigator and trial lawyer with wide-ranging experience handling plaintiff-side and defendant-side complex commercial disputes, including bet-the-company litigation, crisis management issues, consumer class actions, technology litigation, international arbitrations, business fraud and contractual breaches, employment disputes, and securities matters before a number of federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals.

Aliki has represented corporations, individuals, and financial service firms and corporate officers and directors in high-stakes, high-dollar disputes domestically and internationally, and advises both corporate and individual clients on strategic resolution of commercial disputes and on trial strategy. Aliki has extensive trial experience, participating in two or more trials or arbitration hearings per year, including a multi-trip arbitration in Hong Kong that resulted in a $100 million award and an expedited twelve week file-to-trial jury trial in the District of Massachusetts that secured a jury verdict of non-infringement on all asserted patents.

Aliki further expanded her courtroom experience in 2014, when she served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, where she prosecuted jury trials and argued evidentiary motions regularly.  She is an active member of the Boston legal community, serving as a Committee Member for the Boston Bar Association and Boston College Law Day.
