Partner Philippe Pinsolle has been Appointed to a Working Group Convened by the French Ministry of Justice to Reform France’s Arbitration Law

Quinn Emanuel Partner and Head of International Arbitration for Continental Europe Philippe Pinsolle has been appointed to a working group convened by the French Ministry of Justice to reform France’s arbitration law. The group is chaired by a judge from the Court of Cassation and a professor at Sorbonne University and is composed of some of the leading arbitration experts in both legal practice and academia, several of whom were – like Philippe - involved in drafting the original law in 2011, which he has called “arguably the most advanced piece of legislation on arbitration in the world.”
