Quinn Emanuel Named a 2022 "Leading Law Firm" for patent litigation in Germany by WirtschaftsWoche

Quinn Emanuel has been named as a “2022 Top-Kanzlei” ("Leading Law Firm") for patent litigation in Germany by German business publication WirtschaftsWoche, with partners Marcus Grosch and Jérôme Kommer both recognized as “Top Anwalt 2022” (Leading Lawyers) in this practice area.

The Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed more than 1,700 lawyers in 220 law firms, asking the selected lawyers to name their most renowned colleagues. They then narrowed the finalists down to 25 firms with 43 lawyers being recognized for patent litigation. With some of the world’s best known and high-stake patent cases currently playing out in the German courts, this is yet another clear sign that Quinn Emanuel has firmly established itself as a leader in the German patent law market.
