The panel will address the latest developments in the international arbitration of environmental and climate change-related disputes. Topics to be addressed will include the intersection of investor-state arbitration and climate issues; how ESG standards and modern environmental regulation will impact the practice of investor-state and commercial disputes, and whether commercial arbitration provides a suitable forum for dealing with environmental and climate change disputes.
